Service Description

A through health assessment covers symptoms, diet, lifestyle, work, family, mental and emotional well-being and energy levels, pulse and tongue analysis. The focus is then on diet and herbal remedies prescription to address the root cause of imbalance and treat current symptoms. A cleansing plan and lifestyle suggestions may also be advised. You will also receive a personalised dosha report (Ayurveda’s mind body type). Herbs are recommended, ranging from £15 a month.
