"From my first consultation with Jo, I felt sure that I had come to the right place. She has a lovely calm energy and listens and asks questions with just the right balance of care and professionalism. Just six months down the line I was sleeping soundly, my energy levels had increased and overall I was feeling so much better. I am so glad I made the decision to take the Ayurvedic route to improving my health and can highly recommend Jo as an Ayurvedic practitioner."
